Plymouth is close by with it’s historic Barbican, offering superb restaurants and pub’s. Plymouth also boats the National Marine Aquarium, the largest one in the UK and great city centre shopping.
Tavistock
Just 15 minutes away is the historic market town of Tavistock, awarded Best Food & Market Town in the UK!
The town is a gem for shopping, with it’s boutique stores, cafe’s, pubs and restaurants, as well as a fantastic farmers market. There is a lovely park right next to the town centre, a theatre, cinema, swimming pool, museum and over a thousand years worth of rich heritage all waiting for you.
